Who sells
Lessons are sold by Elena María Ramón Martínez, a Spanish teacher. She is a Czech VAT payer.

Packages and credits
- A package has 4 lessons. It gives you 4 credits.
- One credit pays for one 1-on-1 lesson.
- Credits never expire.
- Group lessons and the free intro call do not use credits.
Booking and cancelling
- When you book a 1-on-1 lesson, it takes one credit at once.
- You can move or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before it starts.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours ahead, the credit comes back.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, the credit stays used. The lesson stays paid.
Right to withdraw
- If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of paying. You do not need to give a reason.
- To withdraw, write to Elena by email or WhatsApp.
- When you buy online, you confirm this sentence:
I want my lessons to start now. If I withdraw within 14 days, I pay for the lessons already held.
- So if you withdraw, you pay for the lessons already held. Elena refunds the rest.
No refunds after 14 days
After the 14 days, unused credits are not refunded. They stay on your account and never expire.
Payments and invoices
- When you buy a package online, Stripe takes the payment. Elena never sees your card number.
- VAT is added on top of the price.
- If you are a business, you can give your company name and VAT ID. Elena sends the invoice by email.
